THE BEGINNING!
Having followed Scotland for many years it was decided to officially start the " Chirnside Tartan Army " and in December 2007 we were formed.
As Jim Clark was a Chirnside Man (not Duns) we decided to adopt his lotus logo as ours to promote Chirnside around the world. Currently 19 paid members the club is growing from strength to strength and we regularly hold fund raising events, bur rather than keep all cash raised to our selves we look locally to help or sponsor clubs and events . MEETINGS
On the 2nd Tuesday of each month, we hold a formal meeting to discuss events and future games,starting at 8.00pm new members are always welcome. Meetings are held in the Waterloo Arms where mine host Brian chairs the meetings to ensure order is in place, sandwiches are readily available for those in attendance with house speciality of egg and chilli !!!!!!!!
